Press "rev" then "prev" for -10 mins or "ff" then "next" for +10 mins, while on play mode off coarse

Just updated my player to this latest build and i was very pleasantly surprised that i can now play .iso files and vob file playback is greatly improved!!

I still have issues with *some* mkv files but i'm sure this will be fixed with future firmwares.

What issue were you having with the ISO files? The file size bug?

I couldn't play iso files at all

the issue i have with some mkv files is no audio .

Me too re mkv. It seems that all the Vuze HD MKV files like the excellent Tekzilla reviews have no audio/

My MKV/OGG audio problems are fixed. :D
Videos downloaded from Vuze Networks HD. Audio perfect. Video is a bit lazy imo, though.
WDTV + SMCWUSB-N + b-rad.cc's WDLXTV firmware

If I update to 1.02.08, do I need to redo b-rad's custom firmware that I currently have on my wdtv?

I think b-rad must compile a 08 version first.

If you flash the b-rad back you have the 07 back on the wdtv

Is it possible to separate the official and unofficial firmware?  I can see the advantage of decoupling the two, but what do I know -- I am a newbie!

I just also want to express thanks to WD, particularly what must be some passionate employees (I know how in a big company it can be just about churning out a product or two). This is great product, great price point and with reference to this thread, great to see firmware updates.

I still have a few mkv files that cause problem, but that's trivial compared to the many others (mostly backups of my childrens DVD collection) that are working perfectly. I hope any WD employee reading this can show it to their management and keep resources on the project and keep firmware coming and focus on the things that will make this player sell in volumes to the wider audience.

Hi All,

Just bought a WDTV due to this GREAT Forum !
It's a great media center , just lacking DTS audio ....
Does anybody knows if it's finally supported ?

PS : I believe that the MKV without sound are the ones with DTS Audio ...

Thanks all
Pol
