Heya,
some of my higher bitrate mkv files stutter over WLAN. So i was wondering if it would help to remove unneeded audio/subtitles.
Before i google for needed programs, guides, etc, a basic questions:

Does a stream always send ALL audio/subs data?
i.e., a certain mkv has English, Dutch, German as audio. Would it lower the overall bitrate if i removed Dutch+German audio from the mkv?

Thanks, MiniMe

Edit: Perhaps i should have posted this in Audio?  ???
