Hello,

A few days ago I bought myself a WD TV Live HUB and try to make it operational. However, when I turn the WD on, I only get a sort of start screen for a few seconds (which seems normal to me), but after that only a blank screen. The WD LED stays on, but it acts like it is in standby modus. Reset (short (1 second) and long (>10 seconds)), power off for a few minutes, connection through HDMI or video or component, different TVs, nothing helps. Because I'm not able to get any menu, I cannot do an update. Anyone who has a solution or trick?

What happens when you unplug it and power it on then?

I am not just asking for curiosity, but I have a similar problem. When I power the device off by remote control it cannot be turned on properly again. It seems everything is fully functional (drive is flashing because of data transfer) but the screen stays blank and TV says "no signal". WD TV Live, firmware 1.04.17 and 1.04.10.
