Hey guys. I am new to the site and have enjoyed all 8 of my WD Live units throughout my house. I converted my 412+ movies to .TS files on my NAS server and have enjoyed watching differerent movies anywhere in the house where there is a TV. I was wondering if there is a faster or more compatible format rather then .TS? Always looking to gain additional space on my NAS drives but still enjoy the most out of my DVD's. Thanks.  :)

G'day crapgame,

"if there is a faster or more compatible format rather then .TS?"  I'm not sure what you mean.  Faster how? and compatability, it's like being pregnant. Either you are or you aren't.

Converting to MKV using Handbrake should give you a smaller file with no loss of quality.
