Hello,

I have bought a film (das Boot), which comes in 2 large MKV files (4 and 5 Gb, respectively part_1 and part_2). The subtitle is one .srt-file.

How do I proceed to see the film with nicely synced subtitles ?

Do I have to merge the 2 MKV's to 1 file, or can WD TV Live play part_2 nicely (without interruption) after part_1. And still sync the subtitles ? Seems not evident.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Pieter.

Still struggling with this problem ... now I have another movie that came (from www.movieberry.com) in two parts : Point Break. And I have only one SRT-file.

How to proceed  ?

Help greatly appreciated.

yeah, you need to either merger the MKV's or split the srt's
either way, you're going to have to somehow sync the subtitles

I am working on a project which involves subtitles. Something which I have never done before in DVD Workshop.
I have converted the srt file to txt but have never managed to get the correct timing. Any help will be appreciated.
