I just designed a rather complicated menu with lots of sub menus and sub-sub-menus for an exhibiton, using apples dvd studio pro. the program is supposed to run on a wdtv, which it does rather fine. BUT: whenever I press the "back-button", I get kicked out of my program back to the WD-folder architecture, which is a real downer for my program. I assigned the "back"-button in dvd studio to the (my) start menu - which the WD player seems unable to read. Does anyone have an idea what can be done?

Since the "Back" button on the remote seems hard-coded in the firmware to back out of whatever's playing and go to the previous screen, I'm going to guess that your only real option is to include onscreen "back" buttons that navigate to where you want to go.

Yeah- that's what I did, actually, but that's pretty unsatisfying and freaking ugly...
