I have WDTV Live with 1 TB HD.
What are my options, to set up a network, so i can use my player on all 3 TV's?
I have a 4 port router also.
Do I need 3 media players?
and HD's?
or is there other ways?

You will need more players.  I "believe" you can share your Live across the network (option setting) but you need a client for each TV.

You will need 3 WDTV's - 1 for each TV.

You should be able to get away with just 1 HDD for all your movies, as long as it is shared so that all 3 WDTV's can see it (best not to share it from an actual WDTV tho, but from a NAS/PC instead). Also depending on if your WDTV's are connected wired or wireless, you might not be able to stream to all 3 WDTV's at the same time from the 1 HDD.
