I have a DVD, copied to HDD with CloneDVD and AnyDVD.
Plays well on PC and WD TV HD media player, including subtitles.
The HDD file converted with VOB2MPG to MPG file.
On PC with VideoLan Player and Cyberlink PowerDVD plays well including subtitles.
On WD TV HD mediaplayer plays well but NO SUBTITLES.
Tried in a lot of manners( including other converters  for vob to mpg) but always the same result.
Could anybody help me?

If VOB2MPG just joins the mpg files you lose the subtitles.

Just use the play the video_ts folder (or make an ISO of the whole thing) (or use MakeMKV to make an mkv out of the DVD)
If you think there is something wrong with your WD device contact them and then act upon that: Either wait or move on - don't whine here - this is not WD's board. If you have a problem, start a thread and ask - perhaps someone knows the answer.
