WDTV LIVE with current official FW > HDMI > DVDO > Sony CRT Projector 150" 16/9 screen.  Toslink audio to Yamaha DTS receiver. No Network set up yet.

No, not yet.  I am watching for further developments in the homebrew aspect of the WDTV.  I have all my storage linked to my Hard Drives and my WDTV so I don't need a network.  Curious to follow the hacking of the firmware though.  :)

This is seriously exciting... I'd love to have network connectivity and the possibility of streaming audio (like Pandora) and video (Hulu) thru the WD TV.  But the web site is a bit hard to follow.  Looks like you would just flash the WD TV with the latest "ext3 boot" firmware.  but then I don't see any info on how to work with it.  If someone who knows more about this could post with more and clearer info, that would be terrific.
