The audio codec of video files displays in the middle of the screen for a couple seconds when a new video file is played. There does not seem to be any good reason for this to always be there. And it is a little bit annoying. Please remove it or allow it to be toggled on and off in video settings.

It is a hundred times more annoying when playing a bunch of short movies from digital camera.
Please, remove it. It is really a least useful info I need.

If it not  a bug, then it is a debugger statement in code  ;D.  Vote for at least an option to turn this display off.  It is annoying when watching video shots from camcorder which tends to be a few seconds each and you have hundreds of them in a folder.
