I'm having problems playing HD videos - from ffmpeg

ffmpeg -i Paul.Blart.Mall.Cop.720p.m2ts
FFmpeg version UNKNOWN, Copyright (c) 2000-2009 Fabrice Bellard, et al.
  built on Oct  1 2009 12:50:01 with gcc 4.3.2 [gcc-4_3-branch revision 141291]
  configuration: --prefix=/usr --mandir=/usr/share/man --libdir=/usr/lib64 --shlibdir=/usr/lib64 --enable-pthreads --enable-shared --enable-avfilter --disable-static --enable-libmp3lame --enable-libfaad --enable-libfaadbin --enable-libxvid --enable-libx264 --enable-postproc --enable-shared --enable-libdc1394 --enable-libtheora --enable-libschroedinger --enable-gpl --enable-version3
  libavutil     50. 3. 0 / 50. 3. 0
  libavcodec    52.36. 0 / 52.35. 0
  libavformat   52.39. 0 / 52.38. 0
  libavdevice   52. 2. 0 / 52. 2. 0
  libavfilter    0. 5. 0 /  0. 5. 0
  libswscale     0. 7. 1 /  0. 7. 1
  libpostproc   51. 2. 0 / 51. 2. 0

Seems stream 0 codec frame rate differs from container frame rate: 47.95 (5000000/104271) -> 23.98 (24000/1001)
Input #0, mpegts, from 'Paul.Blart.Mall.Cop.720p.m2ts':
  Duration: 01:31:03.49, start: 599.958311, bitrate: 7280 kb/s
  Program 1
    Stream #0.0[0x1011](eng): Video: h264, yuv420p, 1280x696 [PAR 1:1 DAR 160:87], 23.98 tbr, 90k tbn, 47.95 tbc
    Stream #0.1[0x1100](eng): Audio: ac3, 48000 Hz, 5.1, s16, 640 kb/s

Will not play on the WD TV Live....    I have everything encoded using h264 (for the PS3) but I was looking forward to using the WD Live so that I can stop encoding EVERYTHING.  Any suggestions?

NOTE:  I have 80 HD videos.  Some play, some don't.  Almost all in exactly the same format.  I can provide mediainfo/ffmpeg info on all of them if anyone can help me figure this one out.
