I posted it at various forum and still waiting for an answer.

Yesterday I was playing an avi file (DVDRip.Xvid.AC3 5.1. Media info below) in my WDTV live streaming from my win7 laptop. The video started playing without any problem and the audio was in complete sync. After almost 10 minutes the audio just stopped and the video continued playing. Then after few seconds the audio became totally out of sync in a totally random fashion. I mean, sometimes playing the audio of say, 30-40 minutes later in the file, and some times playing from a portion many minutes before.. and it goes on.. I played the same file with a USB stick and the problem repeats. I tried playing the file in my computer with VLC media player it plays without any problem whatsoever. This is not just the ordinary audio sync issue where the audio is consistently delayed or ahead by a few mins. Has anyone else experienced this?. Today I played another avi file and it had the same above issues. FYI, I am playing the WDTV live with a HDMI cable. And I tried both stereo and digital audio outputs.

Wondering if I have a faulty piece and it needs return...

Here is the media info of one of the problem file. Both file have similar specs.
Someone please help me. Has any of you experienced it?
