Hi

Thanks for tips so far. I am using makmkv (http://www.makemkv.com/) and it works fine. 1 step process. Chapters, audio, subtitles are maintained. Yet on some dvds it chokes, or somehow the video becomes small - e.g. small box in center. If I play original vob with nero it shows full screen.

Is there a viable alternative?

Thanks

Depending on what do you want to do it, MkvToolInx maybe another option.

Is the one I use.

I would like a easy GUI tool like makemkv, but that can also merge vob files / titles into the single MKV file, AND add custom chapters to the MKV file.

Is there an easy way to do this?

I don't know about the VOB files. But for the chapter I think I just answered you in the other topic.
