Final version 2009.01.24- virtual keyboard redesigned (in fact, I reused at 99% the one of picto mod  ) - redesigned selection frame : now unselected thumbnails are darkened (not sure it's more clear to distinguish selected item !) - one icon modified (settings>photos) - default thumbnails (no artwork) modified - 2 options : with or without reflection for thumbnails Simple and unadorned : v3To celebrate the new year, here is a revamped version of my mod. It comes in 3 variants : - Normal : 2x5 thumbnails (180x240 px) for videos, 2x4 thumbnails (240x240 px) for photos/music - Small (nice for large TV) : 3x8 thumbnails (120x160 px) for videos, 3x6 thumbnails (160x160 px) for photos/music - Big : 1x3 thumbnails (360x480 px) for videos, 1x2 thumbnails (480x480 px) for photos/music Here are some pictures taken in the near darkness (sorry for the quality !) :     Download linksAll wdtv.bin and osd.bin are available here : http://wdtv.free.fr/. Note that v1 and v2 are still available. PS : remember to put the file "wdtv.ver" if you use the file "wdtv.bin" !

first osd look i really like, nice. maybe u can share psd file for vertical labels so ppl can used it as a base (with wdtvext functionality we need more then just settings, video, music and photos)?

I`m very new to this and have a few questions
I have been using the original 1.02.10 firmware and have never used custom firmware , di i just get the wdtv.bin from here and update it like a regular firmware

As I don't use the alternative firmware, I can't offer you the choice of the size of thumbnails ; I don't want to create as many firmwares as there are requests ! Sorry ! But if you're using b-rad's fw for example, you can use my osd.bin and change the size... Maybe one day, if someone offers a "simple" fw that allows the use of app.bin, i can offer different choices... |

Ok, done. And folders too in thumbnail mode. For the cd, not exactly the same as the original, but i don't find it ! |
