Hi All:
I usually resolve these problems myself but this is driving me crazy. My WDTV box logs into my workgroup on my Win7 OS PC just fine.  Everything is shared to Everyone with R/W rights on my intranet.  When I try to access any of the directories that I have movies on, all I get are the directories that Windows Media Player controls.  I know I can probably delete that player right out of Windows but I shouldn't have to do that.  Has anyone else had this problem and if so how do you get access to normal folders on .....say D:?
Any help is certainly appreciated.

Sounds like a simple permissions problem, try this procedure;

Code: [Select]
You laugh because Iím different, I laugh because youíre all the same.
