Well, the article sure got trashed in the reader comments. I have to wonder why WD did drop Netflix. Perhaps the licensing fee was too high? I suppose if the demand were high enough, they could add it in a firmware update.

You'd think the lack of Netflix support would hurt their sales pretty badly...can't quite figure out their decision.
License fees don't make sense...Netflix makes money from subscriptions.

Biggest thing going for WDTV is the SMB support...which most Netflix users wouldn't even know what it is.
