Has anyone tried one of these? I stumbled across them on sale over at Amazon and the reviews were mostly positive. The price isn't bad.

Put XBMC on it and it is pretty sweet box.  I have a Jynxbox and love it for live streaming.

Comes with a custom version of XBMC on it, but so far I can't get it to find the movies on my external HD hooked up to the box. Instead I'm using the Android movie player.

There are some tweaking to do to it.  Not sure what custom version of XBMC you got on but you need either the XAF version from Kemonine and with this you need to edit your playercorefactory.xml and download 3 external players (can't remember which now though).

Or better yet, flash a linux image (geeksquad8) on it and you will have a sweet box.

Get info on XAF version here

Once you have a good XBMC version on it you can keep it or use the maintenance tool in the HubMaintenance addon to flash with linux.  All done from within XBMC.
