Hello Dear Support,

I have a trouble with the latest firmware 1.07.15 with my 1 TB drive, that has around 300 GB of files.

I have 3 problems:

1. The device creates the media-library, even if this feature set to Off in the settings.
2. Sometimes the player stops responding on accessing the folders on the device it is creating media-library on.
3. The main problem is that from time to time after restart it continues to create media-library and does not show up the device under local attached drives, so I have no access to the folders on the device. The message prior to accessing the Video section is that "The last device has been removed".

Please help to pin-up this issues.

Thank you so far.

Best regards,
Myk

I am sure you have already tried all of these but JIC,

1 - Hard reboot by pulling the plug for a minute or so

2 - press the reset button with a paper clip (left side by the USB Port)

3 - connect your HDD to the computer and run chkdsk /f on it to fix any corruption on the drive.
