So you edit something, but didn't add a link? ;)

Of course at time of writing you can't download the firmware from the link, its only updated able via the internet from the WDTV Live.

I don't know what the hub GUI looks like, but the interface hasn't changed my - except to add a lot of new items under "Internet Media"

Like the new additions, but why have they moved the folder image on the thumbnails to close to the center and not the bottom?
Covers the logos and makes it harder to recognise what a show is by just looking at covers.

I'm on b'rads firmware still, and yet to try out the official one, but that sucks a lot actually. No point in having a folder.jpg with this fw then.

Some nice stuff being addressed in the fw log though, good for WD and us.

Prompted for new firmware and updated to latest version without any issues
Lots of new applications under internet media.

How does USB keyborad works?  Just plug-in any regular USB keyboard in USB port of WDTV Live and it will replace on screen keyboard?

No luck with HD video on Youtube!!! ;D

Thanks

Hello everybody!

I have upgraded yesterday to fw 1.04.10_V and am now sadly seeing performance issues with DVD playing. The video starts to shutter a few seconds in play. The same movie worked very well on 1.03 version, where it was stated that DVD playout has been fixed. Are there any changes in the DVD play stack within the new fw? Please help, as I love the new widgets, but am seriously thinking of reverting to 1.03 for DVD stability.

Thanks in advance and best regards to all!

I got some issue on playing a mkv over the network, since this new release.
I see the first frame, then it stops for a few seconds and video starts playing normally.

Furthermore I experienced some overmodulated sounds on an episode I watched yesterday.  :-\
The sound in the episode itself was ok though (tested on laptop)
I think it had to do with the fact that I logged in on one of the new internet apps, accuweather and facebook.

thats exactly what i thought at first, but after doing a factory reset, it still did not work. I'll try to reset the setting on my samba server, but its a long shot. Other media I've tried works ok...mkv, avi, ts...

No luck with HD video on Youtube!!! ;D

YouTube always has blocked HD to set-top boxes, and probably always will.

You'll also have no luck with any SD videos that the uploader has marked "do not allow this video to be streamed to set-top boxes."  YouTube blocks those as well, like the uploader asked them to.

This firmware doesn't work for me. DVD playback shutters on movies that were working perfectly previously. I am also using My movies to stream through my XBOX360 and I don't have these issues.

Reverting to 1.03.XX...I still can't figure out what they are doing at WD to introduce new issues time and time again...Sad, Sad, Sad

Well, I've kind of found a workaround for dvd movies...it has to be something with the menu play, as if you start to watch the movie from the preview mode it works just fine, but if you start from the first file video_ts.vob, it doesnt want to work...it shutters...

hope this helps someone...

Here are my issues:

* audio starts breaking after a while (if box is turned on for a day or two). Audio breaks for half a sec and continues normally in sync. Its just annoying. Unpluging of device helps for a day or two.
* DVD play gets broken. Vob is playing but there is no video or audio. It also happens if bad DVD is being played (badly coded), codecs get all wrong and no other DVD plays until device is unplugged.

These two problems are present since 1.2 fimware, so please help. Its not HDMI, its not bit depth, is not audio out, since its on stereo.

* Blue rays are not playing at all, not sure if its corrected, since I deleted only blue ray I had ripped with menus.

Reverted to 1.03.42 and everything is back to normal and works. I just hope it doesn' t take too long before they fix the video shutter issue as the new web features are pretty cool.

if it can help, the video shuttering was introduced in version 1.03.49 for me.

If I try to fast forward, then I can see the video....but something has gone really bad with this new firmware....Anyone else experiencing this problem...?

Does anyone know how to revert back to the 1.03.49 version (From 1.04.10)....I downloaded 1.03.49 and put the 2 files in the root folder of a USB stick (Does it need to be a drive?). I pressed HOME & Settings per the release notes but never see any place to update firmware, other than where it checks the WD Site via the internet, and that comes back saying my firmware is up to date.

I downloaded the 1.04.10_V update via my WDTV Live's wireless adapter and cannot steam standard vob, mts, avi, or mpg files.  The video streams with audio for a second or two then starts to stutter as if there were bandwidth problems.  Once the video starts to stutter, the sound disappears.  I rolled back the firmware to version 1.3.49_V and the problem went away.

Not sure if anyone else has similar problems.

I have a Belkin USB wireless adapter and a D-Link 615 dual N wireless router.  Hope this helps.

FIRMWARE VERSION 1.4.10_V CAUSES VIDEO PLAYBACK ISSUES.

Latis, You mention DVD's, Are you running a dvd player through the media player? I confess to not understanding your logic here. WDTV replaces your dvd. You will never have to buy a dvd, Blu-ray or hd disc again. Just encode your collection to a hard drive,(Yeah Right!!), And have yourself a garage sale!!

This new firmware causes avi's to stutter badly over a network. Oddly 720/1080p MKV's play perfectly over the same network. That's the second firmware update to cause me trouble  >:( The last one before this caused the box to be unstable and I thought this would fix it. It did fix the instablilty problems I had but causes the new problem above.
How do i roll the firmware back and where do I find the old firmware online? B-rads is looking more tempting than it did before.

I thought things were going really well.  DVD menus working perfectly from local drives.  Enjoyed for a couple of days.  Then tried to play films from network shares.  Stuttering from beginning as though there was suddenly a bandwidth problem.  I have been playing these films for months (using a HomePLug connection) without any problem.  Now...?

I upgraded recently and then found that the audio of both my mkv files and the audio from Internet now sound 'tinny'. My wife also remared on this with no prompting from me.

The new Internet capability is not worth the degredation in the audio quality.

I will be trying some other audio settings to see if this makes a difference but I may also be reverting to the previous version until this gets fixed.

Hi there I've just registered to provide my feedback on this firmware upgrade.

1. On the menus the moving of the folder icon to the centre is a serious detractor, as others have previously mentioned and shown screenshots of, definitely needs changing back.

2. I've also experienced major issues with network stream performance, upon selecting a video to watch from my WD My Book World 2TB drive it now takes ages to actually start the film, irrelevant of encoding or size, not sure if the WD TV LIVE is now trying to buffer a lot more than it was, but when the film does eventually start the first few seconds of the video is in fast-forward before then "catching up". I also found that this started really occurring for me in the previous firmware version.

3. This is the biggie, I also find that 1080p MKV files are unplayable under this firmware, within 2 seconds they are stuttering and just grind to a halt, it's as if the network connection is suddenly beng choked.

I'm going to have to revert back a couple of firmwares as a result of this, that's my feedback for ya.

LW

I installed 1.04.4.10 and have had no issues at all with it, but as I don't need or want the added Internet features I reverted to 1.03.49 anyway, which I also had no problems with..Just sit on the fence meanwhile...

I had the audio problem too, but I've managed to work around it by using a uPNP app on my phone to reduce the volume coming out of the WDTV. I think the default setting is overloading something, so adjusting it down fixes the problem. Unfortunately I know of no way of doing this if you don't have a uPNP control app.

I also had the distorted audio problem after upgrading (and it went away after yoinking the power and rebooting). Annoying, but not the end of the world.

More worryingly, I found that both 1.04.10 and 1.03.49 cause my player to not boot properly unless the cable is pulled. The player's light would come on and my HDMI switch detected some kind of signal, but nothing would show up on the TV. Pulling the cable was the only way to get things back in order.

Reaching into my gear cabinet every day to do pull a cable was not an option, so I downgraded to 1.02.21 and the problem went away.

I'll be avoiding upgrades from now on. Sigh.

I discovered a thing with DVD playback.
All my DVD are saved on HDD as ISO files. There are a few that were saves as regular VIDEO_TS form and are unwatchable with current firmware upgrade.
Still there are no problems with ISO versions.

So all that is needed is for DVDs to be saved as ISO files, and stuttering will be thing of the past.. I hope.
hope I helped a bit..

If I upgrade the new wdtvlive_1.04.10_V firmware, does it mean that all the bugs which have been identified in earlier releases (Version 1.03.49_V, Version 1.02.21,  Version 1.01.24,  Version 1.01.17,  Version 1.01.11) remains fixed and resolved?

I am currently having 1.02.21 version and facing issues while playing some of the MKVs (1050p) files. There will be an audio for one second in the beginning of the playback than, no audio and movie automatically starts fast forwarding......

Ver 1.03.49_v is having a fix related to MKV playback..... So if I upgrade to ver 1.04.10_v, will it also contain fixes included in Ver 1.03.49_v?

Please help.

I would suggest that you stay with 1.03.21 as this is the most stable firmware apart from some problems with mkv most things work perfectly. Both later firmwares have problems that are yet to resolve. This is just my opinion.

Funnily I'm seeing the opposite ...
- some avi's which have never played back properly previously seem to be playing back better now (from a NAS)
- awful problems with 720p mkv's off the same NAS

Tried to watch some mkv's this evening (which have played back perfectly previously).  The mkv's had h264 video, vorbis audio and ass subs. Video seemed to playback ok and subs were approximately in time with it.  The audio was pretty much a train-wreck though.  Tinny, break-ups and got more and more massively out of sync as the file playback continued.

I'm also seeing it take ages to start playback off a network source which others are seeing.  I'll probably look at rolling back a firmware level tomorrow night (there's a posting on page 2 of this thread with a link to instructions/downloads on doing this).

Most files aren't playing
Since I updated, when I first switch on the media player I get a message saying that the media files aren't supported and I should consult my documentation.

But they are files that I have used for months.
I've restarted and left it for a few days and it's still the same.

Where do I download the old firmwares from?

thanks

and I felt it slower than previous versions.

Some mkv files with 720p videos using latest codec versions does not play.

Pros: I could use my ARC Microsoft Wireless Keyboard on it, it works, slow but better than type on virtual keyboard using remote control.

Hi. I am a bit surprised to see that people are having trouble with the update.

I have a couple of WDTV live boxes in a couple of rooms. I use ISO images of DVDs and they happily play them.

I tried VOBs but found them unwieldy due to the need for a directory for each disc. ISOs list like any other content, mkv or whatever.

I was surprised that I can also play an ISO on a USB drive one WDTV on the other box. Being able to do that gets around the headache of needing to sync content.

I have had little trouble playing other content, mainly mkv.

I do use wired networks as I find wireless a total pain even with the computers around the house.

I tried the new firmware all looked very good but playing DVD from VOB it started to become very stuttered. Only stopping and restarting playback would fix it.

These were coming from a share on my NAS and have never had any problems before, have to admit I haven't tried playing from DVD from ISO, if this worked I'd consider migrating all DVD's to ISO, but all 380, I don't think so.

All devices are hardwired Ethernet through a Gigabit switch, so network bandwidth is not an issue, I ended up rolling back to 1.03.35 to get stbility in playback.

I also find that displaying photos (JPG) are not as sharp as what the Sony telly or Humax PVR will display, seems that the WDTVLive drops the resolution, in a photo that has a sign in the background it is readable in the telly or the Humax but not off the WDTVLive. I'm almost positive that this has changed since early firmware revisions.

Apart from that, music is fine WAV or MP3.

I really can't understand, whow one can say, that the last two versions are doing well. They are painfully slow comparised with older versions, they do have the same problems with mkv with emdedded dts sound, they have problems with playing any file after trying to play another unsupported file. This versions are a pain in the ass. The new features are really nice but not for the price of speed, reliability and stability.

I also had problems with this version.
1) Some mp4 files are not playing.
2) All video files recorded with my mobile phone samsung i8000 are not playing too (after copying). And I didn't see phone flash memory when it was connected directly yo USB.
3) If I tried the first item (1) then any video files were not recognized. It started to play again only after some tricks with menu.

Hi, I just got my WD TV Live.  Current FW is 1.02.21 with an available upgrade to 1.03.49V.  With all the issues, should I still upgrade at this stage?

Appreciate your feedback

It all depends if you are looking for what is promoted.  If you are happy with 1.02.21 than stay there.  If you want the Social Network of 1.04.10 than upgrade.  You won't have access to 1.04.10 until you perform the upgrade to 1.03.19.

Thanks RayRob.  I'm just really after playback, not the social aspect of it at this stage.  In terms of playback (performance), are there benefits of upgrading to 1.04.10?

Also probably a difference thread, but thought I'd ask.  Is there a way to put the skins for the content (XMBC) like?  Might do a bit of research on that.

MKV header compression has been fixed on the newer version but it is an easy fix for the older version also.  I have tried the new one and removed it.  Back to 1.02.21 and happy with it.

As for the XMBC sorry but can't help your there.

Does this version resolve the issue where upon exiting from some internet-based content, like fligoo, reproduction of videos stored on a hard drive starts to have a crappy audio?

I believe this thing has been discussed earlier, the only solution back then is to unplug and plug the device again to restore correct movie sound.

1.04.17_V

I just installed the new firmware 1.04.17_B through my wireless WDTV HD Live Plus device, and after the firmware upgrade, my wireless adapter doesnt work.  Network Adapter is a Cisco RTL8191S.  I verified the adapter is still working by using it in my computer.  Functioned flawlessly.

Is this is a known issue?  I cant watch any of my movies via my NAS via my wireless.  This sucks :(

Is not, is there a way to roll back the firmware to 1.04.10?  Please help guys!

Edit:  I've tried another wireless adapter, a Belkin F5D7050, with no luck either.  What's going on?

This update is a failure for me.

Before:
audio via optical --> amplifier, video via HDMI -> projector, working perfectly

After: audio via optical works only when Stereo is selected as output format, does not work for digital streams anymore (!!!)

Now it's impossible to pass through AC3 stream from MP4/MKV to optical cable and decode it externally.
The only working option remains to use "stereo" and to loose 3d sound which is not acceptable.

Solution: DOWNGRADE firmware to 1.2.21!

I updated and video playback is abysmal.

VOB which is usually what I am viewing start Ok but after a while the video stutters usually to a state where it had to be stoppedd an resumed.

It can't be network issues as this works fine with all previous revisions of the firmware. Though I do have to say that when I moved the WDTVLIVE to a Gigabit switch the stuttering lasted for a shorter time.

I downgraded from 1.04.17_V back to 1.03.49_V.

Two things that are pretty poor are:

I can't get that earlier versions were fine with very smooth fast forward up to about 4X.
With later versions it very noticable that when a scene is panning that there is a distinct stutter as if the the picture is stopping, the picture and the sound stay in synch, not pretty but it is watchable.

This all seems a backward step that has been broken from earlier versions.

With all due respect, when is this buggy firmware finally going to be updated?

Playback of HD MKV files is broken, a major function of the WDTV Live to break.

And by the sounds of other posts other HD formats are struggling to play as well. Not the sort of thing you'd take the time fixing; HD playback in a HD media player....
Is it over a month now with this 1.04.17?

Seems as though the player won't play across the network, but plays just fine if you connect it to the usb port.  Just a work around for now.  I can't imagine having to use my Live like the old WDTV HD.  Networking was the whole reason I upgraded to the Live player to begin with, so I wouldn't have to keep dragging my 2TB hard drive from the living room to my office to update the movies.

DTS is an audio format that is encoded into multimedia files. The WDTV Gen. 1 cannot play the audio in these files, but it can play the video portion. The WDTV can pass the audio to a capable stereo/AV unit through its optical out port. You also have the option of converting the sound to AC3 with a converting program such as the Popcorn Audio Convertor:

Does anyone know why every time theirs a new update stuff breaks or otherwise stops working?

One update, 2 updates ago, Live365 went nuts, fixed in the following update, that update some movies stop working in AVI format, Now this Update the MLK video files stop working, many more AVI video now say not supported and my WD 1.5TB USB hard-drive now says "cannot create media library. Please check your storage device", luckily after losing 3 1TB plus WD drives I have backups but the videos still won't play. Also the video no longer fills the whole screen.

Any ideas please?

Can we just not flash VLC media player and be done with it?

I think the WD live Plus is a brilliant idea and I realize its only 99.00 but I'd gladly pay 10 x's for something more stable and doesn't overheat all the time.

Update: Did another factory reset and deleted the “.wd_tv” folder from my USB attached 1.5GB WD Hard Drive, that's resolved the  "cannot create media library. Please check your storage device", error.

But the MLK & many AVI files no longer play, the screen is still small and does not use the entire screen.

Still runs very hot and will cut off halfway through a movie and reboot. (I now have a cooling fan now at one end of the unit, this helps.)

I tried to RollBack to Version 1.04.22_V the last version to work reasonably well but it did not work.

This sucks... Please Help. :'(

I am also having the issue of the video no longer fitting the screen properly, after updating to 1.05.04.

I have it hooked up to an old TV via composite.  Now I have nice black bars on either side of my regular content, and a distorted picture.  Widescreen content might be somewhat distorted as well - it fits to the edges but I think ii is "taller" than it should be.

First time I've had trouble with a firmware update.

I could try putting it on my monitor with HDMI, just to see if it is messing up on a widescreen display or not.

Since "upgrading" to 1.05.04 my WD TV Live has started to reboot when it feels like it.

Please test firmware upgrades properly before releasing them. If I want Beta software I'll ask for it, if I want a broken WD TV Live I'll smash it up myself, I don't need you to break it for me!

      0. download the old firmware:  http://download.wdc.com/wdtv/wdtvlive_1.04.31_040511.zip (NOTE: I updated this link as it was hard to find)

1.Use USB FLASH KEY from 64mb upto 2GB. I recommend upto 2GB but you could also use bigger ones but they using different adressing model this could be issue for some models.

2.Format the USB FLASH key to FAT16 or FAT32 filesystem don’t be lazzy and DON’T use NFTS for this case 1)use USB FORMATER 2)or any others formatting tools.

3.Go to WDTV menu System→About there is version notice it you will need this number later.

4.Unpack firmware package to USB FLASH KEY to root directory there have to be 2 files WDTV.BIN and WDTV.VER.

5.Open with notepad or any textplain3) editor and change version in WDTV.VER to higher then you have in WDTV now if you don’t change this new firmware will not detected as new one. Save the file.

6.De-attach all USB devices from WDTV unplug power supply wait 5-10sec plug-in USB prepared USB FLASH KEY and plug-in power supply.

7.Wait and don’t reboot WDTV during flashing process

NOTE I added this bit: Pull your usb drive out AFTER it shows 1.04.31 as it going to show you it has a new update again ALSO if you’re connected to the internet it will want to upgrade again, just say no!!

This worked for me BUT I would be very careful you don't end up with a brick!!!

Don't blame me if you kill your device doing this please, you could of course wait a few months for the next upgrade to fix this upgrade.

Same problem here with the options button during playback. Text under OSD is not only off, subtitle and audio selection is not working properly. Please, quick-fix it with the other unnecessary bugs, it's annoying and it worked perfectly in every other FW version since the first one. Otherwise good job, thanks.

Having trouble with 1.05.04.  The player gets hung up playing any and all kinds of video, whether it's from YouTube, network, or attached USB drive.  I get the "thinking" circle endlessly.

I did a "reset to factory defaults" which worked for awhile, then the same problem the next time I turned on the machine.

I just got the WD Live and the first thing I did was install the 1.05.04 firmware. here are a few observations. From what I can tell, everything works but it is fussy.

For those that do not have sound, if you access the options menu and reselect the audio, the sound will work. but the text does not sdisplay correctly to tell you which sound stream you are listening to. To see the stream you are listening to after you select it, press the left or right arrow as though you were going to change another option and then go back to the sound option. Now at the top left of your screen you will see the name of the audio you are listening to. The text is not centered like it should be. This must be done every time you turn on your WD Live and try to watch a movie.

The same trick works for the subtitles. Select the subs and then move left or right and then back to the subtitles option and you will see the name of the subs at the top left.

Similarly for those that use the composite output and the screen is the incorrect size, in settings toggle between widescreen and normal. You might have to do this twice. Now after you have done this try to play your file and it should be correct for either widescreen or normal depending on what you desired. This must be done every time you turn on your WD Live.

So while it is a pain in the butt to do these steps...atleast it does work.

I hope that helps!

I to have the underwhelming lastest firmware.
I got the device almost a year ago and didn't want to be messing about with custome firmware. I had hoped that WD would release an update that had BBC iPlayer, Love Film and other such functionality that would be useful here in the UK. Oh, and decent menu navigation!! How foolish was I??

With hindsight I wish I had never bought the WDTV Live and instead had bought a DLNA Sony Blu-Ray player that comes with useful apps and also has the ability to utilise the existing home network.

Lesson learned and will propably off-load my WDTV and put the cash towards a DLNA blu-ray player.

It has been an underwhelming experience form the moment the device first booted and here we are a year later and it all pretty much looks the same as it did on day one!!

In my humble opinion WD don't seem to value user feedback and rely too much on Forums to possibly improve the user experience instead of developing a logical set of methods, like Logitech do with their Squeezebox Server players. A simple dedicated server that allows the user (using tick boxes) to select the plugins or apps they want to use without the risk of killing the devices or spending hours, days or weeks working out how to get it all working again.

I reckon close on a year is long enough to susect WD have no immediate plans to include iPlayer etc in their updates.

Enough said............

Hi,

i have the same feeling, this is my second wdtv media player, last year wdtv gen1 and now a wdtvlive, but the way WD have taking care of their software, let me think this is not the correct way to do with their customer, more than that this change without any quality control, did a  mess in my book essentila with the result of losing my photos and family videos.

I do admire teh B-Rad efforts, suprising maybe they have to hire you to make a better OS wihout so many problem.

Bye for now and thx to brad and other that did make a difference, much much better than WD.

just to let you know the wdcommunity if driving by users, so sometime you don´t receive any help.

Regards

FVD

Yep the latest update.. 1.6.sommit somthing... has cause yet more problems.

Now i can only play a file and thats it.... after that all controls freeze and i have to disconnect the power to regain control. This happens with every video file now.

I wanna go back to the original base firmware! atleast it worked!

It's really strange to read that some people have these serious problems ...

I might have encountered a little flaw here and there, but my files have always played and the device never freezes or something like that.

The new update didn't break anything for me, but then again it didn't seem to help either (as far as I can tell). I'm pretty annoyed though that I still can't see thumbnails that aren't saved as folder.jpg. All my cover art is saved as the same file name as the movie but with the .jpg extension. I really don't want to have to rename every single one.  :(

That's annoying of course, but I guess you know that there are bulk renaming tools.

Hello papa w. I have the same problem... I'm very, very sad... :-( firmware 1.05.04 was great. Have you found a way to correct this? I reversed the firmware to all previous versions but the bugs remained. Did this happen to you too? It seems that only my avi's and mpeg's are affected, I've been able to play ISO files without problem. It seems that the only way for us is to wait for another firmware update... wich may take another month or never... I've read another of your posts and asked the same thing there. Thank you

Not sure if this would help but you may try and do a factory reset.  You have a menu item that does that but that may not be enough.  Try and reset via the small hole next to USB port 1.  You will have to use a paper clip or similar to press the button in the hole.

Isn't it about time we had a new thread relevant to the new F/W version 1.06.15_ V rather than making this one longer and longer??

Hello again Papa W. Yesterday I found a partial solution to our problem. I tested an older firmware version (1.02.21) that you can find at http://wdc.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/5800/~/how-to-roll-back-the-firmware-on-a-wd-tv-live-hd-media-player-or-wd-tv-live

It worked! Before that I pressed the reset button on the side of the device, although I don't know if that saulved anything. After that I tried to upgrade to 1.05.04 (wich was ok to me!) but the bugs came back. I put it back on 1.02.21 and it worked again. I want to try 1.04.22 (my original factory firmware) to see if it works but right now I'm willing to keep this one for a few days, weeks... Who knows? Everything seems to work well for now.

Netflix not working on WDTV Media Players in BERMUDA
Netflix just got to bermuda and before that thousands of people own wdtv media players. Unfortunately no one can access netflix via wdtv live plus or hub, keeps bringing out this message
"Outside the US or Canada Netflix only supports newer version of this product". I got mine recently so i dont understand the meaning of a newer version.

I bought a WD Live TV a month ago. It was updated at the outset with the version 1.06.15_V but two days ago it has collapsed. When it start to play a movie, there is no way to stop it. The command stops responding and the Player fails to read formats such as JPEG, WMV, MOV or others. The only way to put it playing properly, is to disconnect it from the power or from the internet, but then everything gets crazy the moment I connect it to the internet.
However, after much experimentation, I found a way to put it working properly: I deleted the firmware update and insert one of the old firmware versions (1.1.21). It is completely absurd, that the equipment has to work with an already outdated firmware and unable to work with the latest version (1.06.15_V).
I hope that Western Digital quickly solve this problem, or I'll have to replace the equipment by a different brand.

If it worked before with the newer version, try and update it again see if the problems comes back.  It might have been a simple glitch.

RavRob, thanks for your suggestion but yesterday I tried everything. I did all kinds of experiences and whenever I tried to update with the last version of the firmware, the problem arose ... everytime.
The only way to solve the problem was to downgrade to an older version (1.02.21) but this is a silly solution, because the WD should provide a current version without problems.
I hope they do so as soon as possible. Otherwise I'll change to another brand.
